About Us

After being a part of the Martial Arts community for over 30 years, we realize that people have different needs in self-defense training. We also recognize the difficulties of setting aside large amounts of time and/or money to train. With the evolution of today's Self-Defense techniques, you no longer need long-term training, long-term contracts, or overpriced Karate schools.

Our instructors bring a very unique approach in teaching self-defense. Each instructor not only has multiple years of teaching, but they have training in multiple styles. Combine the attention to detail with the tenure of our instructors; we believe that we offer a winning solution that few can match.

It is our mission to provide you with the knowledge, training and tools that are crucial to any successful Self-Defense program. Learning to protect yourself is not only a good idea, but is imperative to building confidence and well being. You only get one chance at this life, learn to unleash your inner-warrior and to never be a victim.

If you're looking for alternatives to high-cost martial arts systems, just give us a Call. We invite you to learn more about our concept in training.
